The minute I saw this product, I approached Keri myself to ask her if she would please let me introduce her product to my blogging friends because I loved it that much.
And I am here to attest that Keri’s customer service is absolutely incredible. She shipped my sling to me right away and it literally arrived at my door within days of me first writing her. Along with the sling, I received a wonderful typed note of helpful hints that informed me on how to best use the sling in my photography sessions as well (for instance, this type of prop is only to be used with a sleeping baby not the sweet, wide awake, active newborn that I photographed last week….drat! 🙂
