Pure Relief.

When my brother became engaged in December, his future wife (Kathy) asked if I would be able to help them make their wedding invitations. With my “hobby demonstrator” status with Stampin’ Up (I’m basically a demonstrator with them now so that I can use my discount to buy the scrapping goodies I love so much), this came in very handy because I was able to order all of their materials for them using my discount and then they helped me keep my demonstratorship by helping me reach my quota for that quarter. A win/win situation! 🙂

I am so happy to say that (with the awesome help of my mom and sisters) the invitations are now officially done! I can’t even tell you how relieved I am about that.

One of the things I loved most about the invites is that Jon & Kathy have a “brand” for their wedding. Her brother-in-law is a graphic designer and worked to come up with several images that they could use for everything they make for their wedding (invitations, napkins, thank you cards, etc.)

Since she is going to be carrying callas, they decided on a brand that incorporated their names and the calla lily…isn’t that the neatest thing ever?

So Kathy…are you ready for a girls-dinner-out so that I can get these to you? I’m thinking dinner out will be the best part of this whole experience…yum-mo!
