This week we are having a Kids category but NOT an Adults category at I ♥ Faces. Instead of an Adult category we are having a special category where the Amateur photographers will be able to shine! 🙂

Kids Category:
Can you believe that we haven’t even colored our Easter eggs yet? We always do that before Easter, but this week was just too crazy with family coming in from out-of-town to visit, having cousins over for sleepovers, two photo shoots, church activities…phew! I guess we’ll tackle the egg task sometime before the kids go back to school on Wednesday.
At my mom’s home on Sunday night, the kids had a great time participating in her annual Easter Egg Hunt. Weston even posed for this shot that I had been wanting to try out for a long time…it only took about five minutes of me begging for him to help me out!
I am so loving the “one-thing-in-focus-while-everything-else-is-blurry” look right now (is there even a technical term for that look?! I guess it’s bokeh but not the normal bokeh that I usually have in my photos.) Hee!
