"Black & White" Photo Challenge

Amy & I decided that this week’s theme at I Faces was going to be B&W and we also decided that there can’t be any color tinting involved in the photo at all. We did this mainly because we want to save that idea to use for a theme during a future week (we’re sneaky, aren’t we?)

Kid’s Entry:
I’m entering another photo of my daughter, Weslea, this week. She loves to have her photo taken, as compared to my three boys who aren’t quite as excited about that prospect as she is.

This photo was taken last June on the first day I tried to learn how to shoot in manual mode and it actually wasn’t posed at all…I just asked her to walk around our yard (thank goodness it was windy that day!) and I shot about six trillion photos of her walking around while I played with the settings on my camera.

Thank you Lord for giving me a photogenic daughter! Amen. 🙂

Adult’s Entry:

I am also thankful for this beautiful young lady, Chelsey. Without her, and her friend Krista, I’d have almost no photos that could be put into the Adult category. The adults in my family are not cooperative around a camera at all…urgh! I’ve already written Chelsey a note on Facebook and told her that we need to schedule another shooting date because I need new adult photos. (Hee!)

If you enjoy taking or looking at photos of beautiful faces, be sure to head on over to I Faces to see the amazing entries. I can’t wait to see what everyone enters this week!
