Wyatt's Birthday Fun

On March 14th, I took in some special treats to school so that Wyatt’s class could celebrate his birthday with him. We had homemade cupcakes and juice, they each got to work on a Pokemon coloring page and then they each took home a Pokemon goodie bag. They were all very excited!

Afterwards, I stayed around for Wyatt’s story/circle time. As you can tell, he was little bit bored with it and started acting up a bit…

And then everyone decided to join in on the “fun”…

His teacher was probably glad to see him go home that day! 🙂
Then, on Wyatt’s actual birthday, he chose Red Lobster as the place he wanted to eat his birthday dinner. I called to invite mom and dad to join us and dad informed me the he wanted Wyatt to know just how much he absolutely loved him. I said….”okay?” It ends up that dad was completely thrilled that a grandchild finally picked somewhere other than Mexican or Chinese as their restaurant of choice for their birthday dinner! Red Lobster was a little expensive because three of our kids wanted crab legs, but they devoured every bite and pronounced it as delicious! It was a lot of fun.
