Will's Wolf Creek Field Trip

Will and I spent the day together on his class field trip to Wolf Creek in September. It was a day of admiring God’s creation, discovering slimy critters and enjoying being with each other. As a parent volunteer, I wasn’t given a group to be in charge of because Will was still getting over his viral infection. I was basically there to make a mad dash to the bathroom with Will if he needed me to. I was thankful not to be in charge of a group of six second-graders on my own though!

I think it’s dad’s turn to do the next field trip (Weslea’s Kindergarten field trip to the zoo in the spring — I did that one with Will when he was in Kindergarten….hopefully NEVER again.)
